Ageless Glow Virtual Esthetics Service Agreement

This Service Agreement explains the terms of your Virtual Esthetics service with Ageless Glow. By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services
Ageless Glow Virtual Esthetics provides personalized cosmetic skincare education and guidance based on the information and photographs you provide. Your service may include review of your skincare concerns, goals, current routine and products; personalized morning and evening skincare recommendations; product and ingredient guidance; professional esthetic treatment recommendations; and a follow-up skin check-in.

2. Not Medical Care
Virtual esthetics services are cosmetic and educational in nature and are not medical care. Ageless Glow does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions through this service. Recommendations are not a substitute for care from a physician, dermatologist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

If you have a concerning skin condition, severe or persistent irritation, infection, open wounds, sudden changes in your skin, or another issue that may require medical attention, you should seek appropriate medical care.

3. Client Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your skin concerns, current skincare routine, known allergies or sensitivities, prescription or active skincare products, and recent professional treatments or procedures. Recommendations are based on the information and photographs you provide.

4. Product Recommendations & Skin Reactions
Individual responses to skincare products and ingredients vary. Ageless Glow cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every person or that a particular result will occur.

Follow the usage instructions provided with your personalized plan and the manufacturer's product directions. Discontinue use of a product if you experience a concerning reaction and seek appropriate medical attention when necessary.

5. Results
Skincare results vary based on many factors, including skin condition, consistency, product use, lifestyle, environment, and individual response. Purchasing Virtual Esthetics services does not guarantee a particular result or timeframe.

6. Photographs
Photographs submitted as part of your consultation are used to evaluate your skin and provide your personalized recommendations. Submission of consultation photographs does not by itself grant Ageless Glow permission to use your photographs for advertising, social media, before-and-after marketing, or other promotional purposes. Separate permission will be obtained if Ageless Glow wishes to use your images for those purposes.

7. Follow-Up
Your initial Virtual Esthetics purchase includes one follow-up skin check-in. Additional ongoing support, routine adjustments, progress reviews, or continued virtual guidance may require a separate service or membership.

8. Payment and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Because this service involves personalized professional review and preparation, eligibility for cancellation or refund may depend on whether Ageless Glow has begun reviewing your consultation or preparing your personalized plan. Any applicable refund or cancellation terms will be communicated in accordance with Ageless Glow's posted policies and applicable law.

9. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for following recommendations as directed, reading product instructions, reporting relevant sensitivities or reactions, and seeking appropriate medical care when needed.

10. Acknowledgment
By purchasing Ageless Glow Virtual Esthetics and accepting this agreement at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and voluntarily agree to receive the services described above.
